Amanda's Rhinoplasty Part 7: Tip Refinement via Cephalic Trim
Now the her hump has been reduced and tip rotated, Dr. Buonassisi works on narrowing Amanda's tip cartilages to make them more refined. Tip refinement surgery is one of the most commonly requested changes to the nose. There are many techniques for refining the tip, and the appropriate one for each patient depends on their nasal features. In this case, Dr. Buonassisi selects cephalic margin trimming to achieve the desired look.
