Amanda's Rhinoplasty Part 1: Introducing the Surgical Plan

Amanda is having what we refer to as refinement rhinoplasty. Her nose is great to begin with and certainly doesn't obviously need to be changed. But she is bothered by rough looking edges on the outside of each side of her nose (rhineon horns), a dorsal hump, and a droopy bulbous tip. Dr. Buonassisi introduces his surgical plan for Amanda, then gets started on her surgery.
