Neuromodulators relax targeted facial muscles smooth out dynamic wrinkles around the eyes, between the brows, and in the forehead that form from repeated frowning or raising our eyebrows. Dermal fillers plump, restore volume, and contour areas of your face, like the cheeks, lips, jawline, and temples to make them look more youthful and defined. It's important to note that a nonsurgical facelift won't produce the same level of results as a surgical facelift, so there are some limitations to what this type of treatment can and cannot do. For example, a nonsurgical facelift won't remove excess skin or lift drooping features. How is a Non-Surgical Facelift Performed?
During your nonsurgical facelift session, your Aesthetic Nurse Injector will skillfully place your ideal combination of neuromodulators and dermal fillers in areas of the face that your treatment plan calls for. No sedation is required during your procedure, as neuromodulators and Dysport injections are relatively painless pricks, and many dermal fillers contain lidocaine, which is a local anesthetic that will make you more comfortable during your treatment session. We are extremely selective with our injectables products, using only those that meet the highest standards set by the FDA and Health Canada such as Botox and Dysport. Depending on the number of areas you've chosen to target, the process can take around 15 to 30 minutes. You can return to the rest of your day immediately after, although some patients experience some bruising and swelling, which can be treated with ice and will fade within a few days.
