We are so proud to have recently co-hosted a very successful fundraising event with WOWride Cycling to raise money for the upcoming Ride to Conquer Cancer. Together we were able to raise $15,000! We are so thankful to everyone who attended the event and helped support us!
Recap of the Event Evening
The vibe throughout the evening was truly a feeling of support, friendship, excitement and camaraderie.Music was playing, drinks were flowing throughout the night and our friendly team of experts were performinglive demonstrations of some of our treatments that allowed for guests to ask any questions they had regarding their skin.
We had more than 25 Silent Auction items, and the bidding room was packed with people excited to place their bid hoping to win some of the outstanding prizes. We would like to extend a huge heartfelt thank you to our amazing donors; you have truly helped to make the evening a success with your kind generosity.
About the Ride to Conquer Cancer
This is the first year WOWride Cycling has put a team into the Ride to Conquer Cancer, however it is the 10 year anniversary of the ride. This year cyclists will ride 200 kilometres over two days - spoke to spoke and pedal to pedal. The Ride to Conquer Cancer� Presented by Wheaton Precious Metals� benefits the BC Cancer Foundation and unites an unparalleled community of powerful men and women across British Columbia who are committed to conquering cancer.In the WOWride Cycling team alone, there are more than a dozen cancer survivors, making this charity event all the more near and dear to our hearts.
