FaceTite™ and AccuTite™ offer a host of benefits that make them increasingly popular choices for individuals seeking facial rejuvenation without the invasiveness of traditional facelift or neck lift surgery. One notable advantage is the remarkable skin tightening and contouring achieved through radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis, which stimulates collagen production, leading to a more sculpted and lifted appearance. While performed by a surgeon, these procedures are minimally invasive, requiring only local anesthesia, and entail significantly reduced downtime compared to surgical alternatives.

The precision of AccuTite™ makes it ideal for smaller more delicate areas, while FaceTite™ caters to larger areas of the face and neck making both treatments appealing options for those looking for targeted improvements to enhance their facial aesthetics with efficiency and minimal disruption to their daily lives.

There are a number of other reasons why we love FaceTite™ & AccuTite™:

  • Precision: FaceTite™ & AccuTite™ provides targeted and precise treatment for both delicate as well as larger areas of the face and neck, allowing for focused improvement in specific facial regions.
  • Minimally Invasive: The procedure is minimally invasive, requiring only local anesthesia, reducing the risks and discomfort associated with more invasive surgical options.
  • Reduced Downtime: Patients experience minimal downtime compared to traditional surgical procedures, allowing them to return to their regular activities sooner.
  • Natural-Looking Results: FaceTite™ & AccuTite™ delivers natural-looking visible results by reducing fat volume and effectively tightening and contouring the skin without the need for extensive surgery.
  • Collagen Stimulation: The radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis employed by FaceTite™ & AccuTite™ stimulates collagen production, promoting long-lasting improvements in skin elasticity and firmness.
  • Versatility: Suited for various areas of the face, FaceTite™ & AccuTite™ is versatile and can address a range of aesthetic concerns, including double chin, jowls, laxity in the skin and fine lines.
  • Customization: The procedure can be customized to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient, ensuring a personalized and tailored approach to facial enhancement.

Am I a Candidate?

If you are bothered by the appearance of jowls, loose skin, or heaviness in the neck area and are seeking a non-surgical option for facial rejuvenation and skin tightening then it is very likely you are a candidate. FaceTite™ and AccuTite™ is particularly suitable for those experiencing excess fat under the chin, mild to moderate sagging or laxity in the face and neck areas. FaceTite™ and AccuTite™ is a versatile option for those who wish to address concerns around facial contours and skin laxity without undergoing a traditional facelift or neck lift surgery. It can be especially appealing as it involves minimal downtime compared to traditional surgical interventions. A surgical facelift or neck lift can provide the most comprehensive and long-lasting improvements to the facial profile, but not every patient is a good candidate for cosmetic surgery. Consulting with a qualified and experienced surgeon is essential to determine if FaceTite™ and AccuTite™ is the most appropriate solution for your individual aesthetic goals and concerns.

How FaceTite™ & AccuTite™ Works

FaceTite™ and AccuTite™ is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure designed to tighten and contour the skin through radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis. The procedure begins with the application of local anesthesia to ensure patient comfort. Following this, a very small, carefully placed incision is made to allow for the insertion of the device beneath the skin. The device features a slender, internally cooled cannula that emits radiofrequency energy to precisely target and liquefy excess fat for removal while simultaneously stimulating collagen production. The controlled application of energy ensures that surrounding tissues experience tightening, resulting in a more sculpted and lifted appearance. The procedure is performed by a surgeon and is conducted with real-time monitoring to maintain optimal temperature levels and ensure safety. The cutting-edge technology behind FaceTite™ and AccuTite™ allows for a customized and controlled approach to facial rejuvenation, with the added benefits of minimal downtime and natural-looking outcomes.

FaceTite™ and AccuTite™ reduces fat through a process known as radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis. The procedure involves the use of a specialized device that emits controlled radiofrequency energy. When the device is inserted beneath the skin through a small incision, the energy targets and heats fat tissue. This controlled heating causes the fat cells to liquefy, making them easier to remove. The liquefied fat is then carefully suctioned out as well as naturally eliminated by the body’s metabolic processes. The result is a more sculpted and contoured appearance with a reduction in localized fat deposits.

The skin tightening results behind FaceTite™ and AccuTite™ is achieved through a process known as radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis. During the procedure, a specialized device is inserted beneath the skin through a small incision. This device emits controlled radiofrequency energy, which has dual benefits. First, it targets and liquefies excess fat deposits, addressing concerns like sagging and contours. Second, and equally important, the energy stimulates the production of collagen, a key protein responsible for skin elasticity and firmness. As collagen levels increase, the skin tightens naturally over time. The procedure’s precision ensures that the tightening effect is focused on the treated areas, resulting in a more sculpted and youthful appearance without the need for more invasive surgical methods.

What to Expect

Your treatment may take up to an hour. The length of your procedure will depend on the size of the treatment area(s). It is performed under local anaesthetic, such as lidocaine, to numb the area. This helps to ensure that you are pain-free and experience minimal or no discomfort during your procedure.
The FaceTite™ and AccuTite™ probe is then inserted through tiny incisions (puncture holes) made in the treatment area, generally below the ear and under the chin. Through this probe, RF heat is sent directly to the subdermal tissue. A surface probe is used externally to ensure the most effective delivery of RF heat to the targeted tissue. Once the area has been thoroughly treated with RF heat, the procedure is over. There is no need for stitches, as the necessary incisions are quite tiny. Y0u will be quite swollen and may experience some bruising immediately following the treatment. You will also be required to wear a compression garment following your treatment as per your surgeons instructions.

How Long is Recovery?

The first few days after the procedure, patients can expect to have some bruising, swelling, redness and tenderness in the treatment area. It is advised to sleep on several pillows to keep your head elevated for at least 2-3 days to help minimize swelling. Any soreness is easily managed by simply taking Tylenol. It typically takes approximately 7-10 days to see the swelling and bruising subside. It is best to minimize talking and chewing and we recommend following a soft diet for the first 48 hrs following your procedure.

You must limit physical activity and exposure to excessive heat (sauna, hot tub, hot yoga, fire pits, UV light) for 2 weeks, and avoid alcohol for the first few days.

While some results will be visible shortly after your treatment, the final results will develop over a longer period of time, often 6 – 9 months, as the body produces more collagen and tightens the skin in the treated area(s). You will be given a compression facial wrap to wear home immediately following your procedure, and will be instructed to wear this around the clock for a few days, and then you can reduce it to 12 hours a day for the next 2 weeks.
