Regenerative aesthetic treatments

What each treatment is, explained plainly.

Sculptra, medical microneedling and RF microneedling prompt your skin to make more of its own collagen, so results build gradually over weeks and months. Exosomes and personalised secretome are serums added to another treatment. Whether any of them suits you is decided at your consultation.

Would you rather not use filler?

A dermal filler is a gel that restores volume where it's placed. Sculptra is an injectable collagen biostimulator: it prompts your skin to rebuild collagen over three to six months. Which suits you depends on your face and your goals, and that's what your consultation works out.

RF microneedling, for example: fine needles carry gentle warmth below the surface, where new collagen forms over time.
  • Sculptra

    Injectable collagen biostimulator

Not a filler. It rebuilds collagen gradually over 3–6 months to restore facial volume and improve skin quality. Usually 2–3 sessions; results can last up to 2 years.

    ByExpert injectors

  • Medical microneedling

    Collagen-stimulating

Fine needles create controlled micro-injuries that prompt collagen and elastin. For acne scars, fine lines, pores and texture. A series of 3–6, with 1–2 days of downtime. Often combined with exosomes, PRP (platelet-rich plasma, made from a small sample of your own blood) or a skin booster.

    ByExpert medical aestheticians

  • Potenza RF microneedling

    Collagen-stimulating

Microneedling with radiofrequency energy, for texture, pores, acne scars, fine lines and laxity on the face, neck or body. Suits all skin tones. Usually a series of 3, with 1–3 days of downtime.

    ByExpert medical aestheticians

  • Exosomes

    Added to laser treatments

A serum containing growth factors and signalling proteins, added to laser treatments such as HALO or Contour TRL, or to microneedling.

    ByExpert medical aestheticians

  • Personalised secretome

Made from your own hair follicles

A serum made from your own hair follicles and prepared for you in a lab. It's applied to the skin or scalp, often after microneedling or laser.
