Cosmetic surgery
Facial surgery is Dr. Buonassisi's entire practice. Breast and body surgery is Dr. Masschelein's. Each area has its own page, with the procedures, short videos and what to expect.

Primary, revision and ethnic rhinoplasty. Dr. Buonassisi has performed over 2,500 rhinoplasties, and plans each one to improve the nose while keeping what makes your face yours. Most people are ready to be seen socially in 1 to 2 weeks; the final result shows at 12 months.

Upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), double eyelid surgery and brow lift, for drooping upper lids, under-eye bags and heavy brows. Recovery is typically 1 to 2 weeks.

Dr. Buonassisi specialises in the deep plane facelift: the work is done beneath the SMAS, so the skin and its supporting layer are lifted together, often with a neck lift. Also chin and facial implants, lip lift, forehead reduction and otoplasty.

Surgery lifts, reshapes, reduces or repositions. It doesn't change the surface of your skin, and the weeks after it matter too. That's why surgery is often one part of a plan, with care before and after it.
Dr. Buonassisi or Dr. Masschelein plans the surgery. Our nurses, injectors, medical aestheticians and health team plan the care around it, in the right order, or leave it out when it isn't needed. We recommend what will work for you, and only that.
